1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pandi ("the Service"), operated by Pandi Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pandi is an AI-powered platform that enables users to build applications, create automations, connect integrations, and deploy systems through conversational interaction. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and hosted infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) distribute malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (e) harass, abuse, or harm others; or (f) generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content and applications you create using Pandi. We retain ownership of the Pandi platform, its code, design, and AI models. Generated code produced by the Service is owned by you, subject to any third-party license obligations of libraries used.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits are consumed as described in our pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandi Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
